Step 1

Go to blogger

See upper-right corner of the window and click on SIGN IN button enter your gmail password and email. if you don't have any gmail account then create a gmail account now

Step 2 

Enter a display and click on continue to blogger botton. Your reader will know you by this display name.

Step 3

Click on CREATE NEW BLOG

Step 4

create a title that is your blog name and a address which is domain name of your blog (don't use symbol ). choose a starter theme for your blog then click on create blog.
